The Christmas tree is special because, every so often, it changes colours and patterns to create a spectacular light show. Meanwhile, actual snowflakes fall all around the area.
That's happening right now. If you notice, some of the people in the picture are holding their phones up to catch the moment on video. Unfortunately, the snowflakes are too fine to be picked up in this picture. But you have to trust me when I say the snowflakes are wonderful!
