Actually, the lady seems to have a shocked look on her face.
I wonder why she seems shocked? I bet it's because she just noticed her old friend, Dave, in a crowd of shoppers in the mall and is dumbfounded to see him at Sherway Gardens because she hasn't seen him since 2014 and thought he moved to Germany. Ya, for sure that's why she seems shocked!
