A woman seems to be upset as she talks to someone on the phone while walking past the Urban Planet store at Promenade mall.

I wonder who she's talking to? And why's she upset?

I bet she called her mortgage broker to ask why her mortgage interest rates were so high and the conversation hasn't been very pleasant so far.

Hey Miss, I get you... who can even afford to buy a house these days with those damn high interest rates?
