Wanna know why she's covering her face? To hide the tears. She's crying because it's mid-August, meaning that summer will soon come to an end. Then it will be cold and she'll need a new Canada Goose jacket to to keep herself warm.
I think she's hinting that she wants me to buy her a Canada Goose jacket. Not today, girlfriend... too expensive!
