The store sign in front of the shop says that they offer organic cheese, raw milk cheese, and farmstead cheese.
What the sign doesn't show, though, is that this shop boasts of having the largest selection of cheese in Toronto. Do the people walking past the shop know this? They should slow down and buy some cheese.
