There was a big crowd in front of the Browns Brothers Meats & Poultry butcher shop when I took this picture at St Lawrence Market in April, 2023.

Does anyone in this crowd want to stop to buy some farm-fresh chicken, pork, or lamb from Brown Brothers? Perhaps if they knew how long this shop had been here, they would.

Browns Brothers butcher shop has been selling meat and poultry here at St Lawrence Market for 121 years. Just goes to show how historic St Lawrence Market is in Toronto.
